Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ralph Hill Jr..

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Cocaine and Oxycodone Effects; Chronic Alcoholism

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive. This was an accidental drug overdose.
