Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Hess.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Phencyclidine and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 2:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
