(L.A.) Rafael Cruz, 60, Died in Highland Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Latino male that occurred on railroad tracks in Highland Park.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Rafael Cruz.

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries
