(L.A.) Khalliah Green, 49, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Khalliah Green.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine Toxicity
