Cause of Death A: Hemorrhagic Pancreatitis
Cause of Death B: Chronic Ethanol Consumption
RIP PILAR MARTINEZ NEVAREZ IV (August 27, 1982 – June 28, 2022)
According to family, the decedent was born with a ventricular septal defect.
He is survived by his wife Margaret and their sons Pilar V and Jaden Dodger.
