(L.A.) Phillip Johnson, 42, Died From a Drug OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Phillip Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine and Probable Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Liver Fibrosis

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
