(L.A.) Roxanne Jsames, 63, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Roxanne Jsames.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:01 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late April, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The government investigator indeed spelled the decedent’s surname has Jsames and not James.
