Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old male who was found lifeless in a desert field.

The coroner’s office has identified the individual as Phillip Fudally.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Lozon.

Height: 5 feet 10 inches / Weight: 195 pounds

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Myocardial Ischemia

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Insulin-Dependent Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, and an Unspecified Brain Tumor, with Shunt Placement

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:18 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 18.

The decedent was a missing person whom his family and friends were looking for. He was last seen on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in the 41000 block of Villa Moura Drive in the city of Palmdale.

He was believed to be traveling in his 2010 gray two-door Dodge Challenger, which was recovered by 25th Street East & East Avenue Q-14 in Palmdale about six miles from where he was last seen. Area residents say the vehicle had been parked there for more than a few days.
