The coroner’s office identified the man as Phalen Hurewitz.

Cause of Death A: Subdural Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Traumatic Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Parkinson’s Disease and Cerebrovascular Accident
