Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Peter Provenzale and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP PETER PROVENZALE (October 23, 1977 – February 28, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug. This was an accidental overdose.
