(L.A.) Peter Provenzale, 45, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Peter Provenzale.

The decedent’s body has been released. Case status is deferred pending additional investigation. Because the deputy medical examiner has ordered toxicology tests, the next public update could take six months.
