(L.A.) Penny Ellison, 50, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Penny Ellison.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sudden Cardiac Death

Cause of Death B: Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
