Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Paul Winters.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Hypertension and Tobacco Smoking

RIP PAUL WINTERS (February 9, 1968 – November 5, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:44 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

The decedent had a a hernia and had already suffered an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) about two years prior to his death.
