(L.A.) Paul Otto, 33, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in an alley.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Paul Otto.
Height: 6 feet 2 inches / Weight: 200 pounds
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Effects
RIP PAUL STEPHEN OTTO (March 16, 1992 – August 22, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.
The decedent had an extensive rap sheet that included arrests for vandalism, battery, public intoxication, threats of violence and elder abuse.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
