Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Black female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Page Harris.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, and Cocaine

RIP PAGE HARRIS (July 19, 1991 – February 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:35 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
