The coroner’s office identified the man as Oscar Gonzalez.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure
Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, History of Right Brachial Vein Thrombosis, Peripheral Vascular Disease
