(L.A.) Oscar Cayetano Mendoza, 39, Died in a Train Station

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Latino male that occurred in a train station.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oscar Cayetano Mendoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Alcohol Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Alcohol Cirrhosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:19 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
