Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the infant girl as Olivia Ibarra.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Traumatic Intrauterine Fetal Demise

Cause of Death B: Probable Placental Abruption

Cause of Death C: Maternal Uterine Rupture
