(L.A.) Nicholi Gomez, 54, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nicholi Gomez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine
Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Deep Vein Thrombosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:09 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
