Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred at a parking structure.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Ayala Rosales.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:17 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
