Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Nelly Cardenas.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Methylenedioxymethamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use
