(L.A.) Nathaniel Forest, 38, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nathaniel Forest.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Cardiomegaly

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:06 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 11/12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
