Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Nancy Khalil and listed her race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Amlodipine Toxicity
