(L.A.) Milton Simmons, 76, Died From Injuries

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Milton Simmons.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Condition: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP MILTON SIMMONS (July 12, 1948 – July 13, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:45 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 22, after the results of tox screening had come back negative for illicit substances.

The government investigator assigned to this case is Jennifer Mantie, the pathologist Dr. Grant Ho.
