Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Van Dyke.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Hanging
