(L.A.) Michael Moore, 60, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Moore.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Effecat of Cocaine,Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotiic Cardiovascular Disease; Cirrhosis of the Liver
