(L.A.) Michael Miller, 43, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Miller.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Phencyclidine, and Lidocaine
