(L.A.) Michael Kelley, 29, Died in a Hotel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Kelley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:19 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
