(L.A.) Michael Hernandez, 35, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
