(L.A.) Michael Heard, 61, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Heard.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Cocaine Use

RIP MICHAEL HEARD (August 22, 1961 – April 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:26 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
