Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old male that occurred at a place of business.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Menachem Bennett.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Cocaine

RIP MENACHEM BENNETT (March 8, 1994 – May 9, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
