(L.A.) Maximino Galindo, 35, Died from Meth

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Maximino Galindo Orozco.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Chronic Alcohol Liver Cirrhosis

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Effects

RIP MAXIMINO GALINDO OROZCO (January 8, 1988 – July 1, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 7:41 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug. This was an accidental overdose.

They also changed the man’s name from simply “Maximino Galindo” to Maximino Galindo Orozco.
