The coroner’s office identified the man as Mauricio Chavarin Lopez.

Cause of Death: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure; Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus; Obesity; Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Charcot Arthropathy of the Right Foot
