The coroner’s office identified the woman as Maureen Hixson.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Tobacco Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:20 p.m.

The government investigator had initially misspelled the decedent’s surname as Hixon.
