Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Matthew Watkins.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:31 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
