(L.A.) Matilda Guillen, 49, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latin American female that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Matilda Guillen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Ethanol Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: History of Chronic Ethanol Use

RIP MATILDA GUILLEN (March 14, 1973 – December 9, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:50 a.m.

This was a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much over a short period of time.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
