The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mark Logsdon.

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Coronary Artery Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Sleep Apnea, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Asthma, Hypertension and Tobacco Smoking
