Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred at a friend’s residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bradley Salazar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:09 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 20/21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
