(L.A.) Mark Cooper, 56, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Mark Cooper.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Fentanyl Effects

RIP MARK COOPER (June 10, 1966 – March 13, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Mark Cooper” in public records.
