(L.A.) Mark Casas, 23, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Mark Casas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Ethanol

RIP MARK CASAS (October 31, 2001 – March 22, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 4:17 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 11.
