(L.A.) Desere Estrada, 30, Died in a Vacant House

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a vacant house.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Desere Estrada.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Bowerman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP DESERE MARIE DURAND ESTRADA (March 4, 1995 – March 31, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:36 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
