Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mario Perez.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Blunt Force Head Trauma

RIP MARIO PEREZ (January 3, 1984 – January 13, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:26 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 18.
