(L.A.) Mario Garcia, 34, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Mario Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP MARIO GARCIA (November 1, 1990 – July 29, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The decedent was apparently found lifeless by his brother.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
