Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Marieke Hogan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:22 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
