The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Maria Perez Madrigal.

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Intraoperative Perforation of Cerebral Blood Vessel

Other Significant Conditions: History of Multiple Intracranial Aneurysms and Hypertension
