(L.A.) Mardiros Hakimian, 71, Died in Long Beach

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old “Caucasian” male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Mardiros Hakimian.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension, History of Smoking

The decedent seems to have been living at the Best Western, which at some point was turned into Project HomeKey housing for the homeless.
