Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latino male that occurred at a hotel.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Marcos Tamayo Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity
