Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Asian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Byoungrae Cho.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Codeine, Morphine, Oxycodone, and Alprazolam

Other Significant Condition: Congestive Heart Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
