(L.A.) Marcell Thomas Jr., a Baby, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Hispanic male that occurred at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.

The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as Marcell Thomas Jr, resident of East Foothill Avenue in Pomona.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Probable Asphyxia

Other Significant Condition: Exposure to Methamphetamine

The child was almost six months old.
