Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Manuela Giill De La Cruz.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The decedent was known as Yvonne Gill De La Cruz.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 31, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
