(L.A.) Manuel Diaz, 71, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Manuel Diaz.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Ethanol Abuse, Substance Abuse Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Scrotal Cellulitis and Hypertension

RIP MANUEL DIAZ (January 11, 1952 – December 31, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:59 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 18 the following year.
